I received my bachelor's in social work from Winston-Salem State University. I have worked with children of all ages for over 6 years as a pre-school/ after school educator along with mentoring some of the children in my community. During this time working with many children and families, I realized that I have a passion to continue to help children and families in a different way which is why I decided to pursue a career in social work. 

 

During my free time, I love to cook or bake different dishes, read books, and listen to different podcasts. I also enjoy spending time with my friends and family.
