Our expertise in early mental health interventions with preschool-aged children has naturally led us to continue treatment with many families after children have entered elementary school. This continuity of care has been beneficial to many families as they transition into new school settings.
Behavioral consultation often involves navigating the emotions of dealing with special learning needs, and helping children work on social-emotional development in the classroom setting. We provide coaching and support for parents, teachers and school staff as part of reaching treatment goals.
