MEET THE PRACTICE OWNERS
In 2001, Chris Faulkner started Family Solutions with no clients and no office.
But he believed in himself. And as a licensed clinical social worker, he believed he had ideas how to improve care, make services more effective and help people in need change their lives.
Today, the agency he created employs 36 outpatient therapists who help clients in four surrounding counties as well as from their three offices in Greensboro, Burlington and Archdale.
He has a strong partner – his wife, Anita, a licensed professional counselor supervisor. Together, they steer an agency that provides an array of mental health services to individuals, children, and families in the Triad.
The therapists with Family Solutions see their clients in the community or in the office, depending upon the family’s needs. When they do, therapists rely on specific evidence-based practices that have helped improve the lives of the people they see.
Having measurable, research-based approaches available to children and families is a core belief of Family Solutions. That belief ties in perfectly with the three-word mission of Family Solutions.
Community. Commitment. Compassion.
To Anita and Chris Faulkner, those are more than just words.
