Sarah Dick, MS, LCMHC, NCC
Sarah is a licensed professional counselor who completed her Master Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Education from North Carolina State University. Sarah has provided therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults since 2015 in integrative health, school, and outpatient settings. Sarah is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) informed treatment, and other CBT and somatic informed practices. Sarah is also a certified yoga instructor. Sarah specializes in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, life adjustment, and acculturation difficulties. Sarah has decades of experience working with the Latinx community and is bilingual. In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling, sharing stories with family and friends, and having an adventure in the outdoors.
