Joseph Nienstedt is a Licensed Clinical Social Work-Associate. He earned his Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Psychology from UNCG, and his Master of Social Work degree from the Joint Master of Social Work program between UNCG and NCA&T. Since graduating, Joseph has worked as a case manager, school social worker, and therapist, with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Joseph utilizes a blend of various therapeutic approaches to help his clients identify an approach that works best for them. He is highly experienced in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma. He works to ensure a safe, inclusive environment, where all individuals are free to express themselves and seek the help they need. When he’s not in the office, Joseph enjoys playing video games, being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.
