Emily Lee is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience in helping families navigate complex challenges, build stronger connections, and foster resilience. She earned her master’s degree from Denver Seminary and a post-graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Denver Family Institute where she developed a passion for a relational approach to therapy. With a compassionate and collaborative approach, Emily specializes in providing support for issues related to adoption, foster care, parenting, divorce, depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress. She incorporates evidence-based practices, including MATCH-ADTC (Modular Approach to Therapy for Children with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or Conduct Problems) and PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy), tailored to meet the unique needs of each family. Emily is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where all family members feel heard and valued. Outside of her professional life, Emily enjoys spending time with her own family, practicing yoga, and listening to audiobooks.
