Abigail graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with her Bachelor of Social Work (Go Seahawks!). She then graduated with her Master of Social Work from the joint masters program at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical University and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro through their Advanced Standing Program. Abigail has experience throughout her internships working with children and adolescents who have trauma, anxiety and/or depression. Abigail wants her clients to know that they matter and have a voice in this world. Abigail uses different therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Child Centered Play Therapy. Fun fact about Abigail, she used to be on a Clogging Competition Team for many years when she was younger. Abigail enjoys spending time with her family and friends and watching her twin cousins play soccer.
