Lisa Smith Grunz, MS, LCMHCA
Lisa graduated with her Masters of Science in Couples and Family Counseling from UNC-Greensboro and has Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia. She is passionate about assisting and empowering children, adolescents, adults, and couples to discover new possibilities, cope with difficult circumstances, and achieve meaningful and lasting growth. Lisa has experience working with clients facing grief/ loss, anxiety, depression, family instability, relationship distress, and trauma. She uses evidence based approaches such as TF-CBT, person centered and play therapy techniques, and Emotionally Focused Couples and Individual Therapy. In her free time, Lisa enjoys running outside, doing yoga, petting kitties, and laughing with loved ones.
